Ce buste a été dessiné avec l'outil Pinceau d'Illustrator CS5 et 4 grosseurs de Formes Calligraphiques, sauf pour les lunettes tracées à la Plume. Comme il s'agit d'un plan serré, des détails comme la réfraction à l'intérieur des verres ou le fait que Silvia n'a que deux incisives supérieures (ce qui a de bonnes raisons scénaristiques) deviennent visibles. Silvia est Asiatique, aussi son sourire diffère nettement de celui des Blanches: l'expression a été calquée sur des photos de vraies Asiatiques du Sud et les tons chair pipetés dans des photos aussi. Le fond photo (vectorisé) est juste pour ajouter un décor, la BD n'utilisera que rarement de tels fonds.

This bust portrait was drawn with the Brush tool of Illustrator CS5 and 4 width of the Calligraphic Shapes, except for the glasses which were drwn with the Pen tool. Because it is a close shot, some details like the refraction through the glasses or the fact that Silvia has only 2 upper incisors (which is important for the story) become visible. Silvia is Asiatic, therefore her smile differ significantly from the one of European girls: her expression was calked on photos of true Southern Asiatic women, and the skin tones also extracted from photos. The photographic environment (which was vectorized too) is simply to add something behind our heroin. The comics will rarely use such backgrounds.
